With 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has developed her expertise across hotels, restaurants, catering, and banquet venues. In 2022, Lilianna founded Elite Design & Events to address a gap she identified in the market— a lack of proper training, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail in event staffing.
